Terms & Conditions,

I certify that the information contained in this application is correct to the best of my knowledge. I understand that to falsify information is grounds for refusing to take your company on as a reseller, or for discharge should your company be approved for resale.

I authorize any person, organization or company listed on this application to furnish you any and all information concerning my previous business activity and qualifications for distributorship.

I also authorize you to request and receive such information. In consideration for my distributorship, I agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the company, which rules may be changed, withdrawn, added or interpreted at any time, at the company’s sole option and without prior notice to me.

I also acknowledge that my approval to resell the company’s products may be terminated, or any offer or acceptance of distributorship withdrawn, at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice at the option of the company or myself.

As a wholesale customer of Euro Liquids India, we agree the following:

1. To use the logos and trademarks for the Battery Junction & it's products purchased from the Distributor in the manner, colors, sizes and types as supplied by the Distributor and approved by the Distributor, and solely for the promotion of and sale of the products sold by Battery Junction.

2. To adhere to the terms of business with the Distributor contained herein.

It is understood and agreed that the Distributor may terminate the sale of Battery Junction Products to any customer at any time, for any reason and without cause. Upon written notice from the Distributor, the customer agrees to cease all use of any Battery Junction (and it's products) logos or trademarks, including internet, print, social media, or other media, and immediately stop representing itself as a reseller of Battery Junction Products. Customer further agrees that upon receipt of such notice it shall return all marketing materials supplied to it by the Distributor.
